Shipping & Returns


If in stock, our products are usually ready to ship on the next business day. We always look for the best rates possible for you to have the lowest shipping and handling costs. In the U.S. we offer a 3 business days option, a 2-day option, and overnight with USPS.



We make returns easy. Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not happy with your item, we feel bummed, but it is our priority to make sure our customers are satisfied in the long term. Just let us know and we will send you a label to print and send your unused product back, in its original packaging. We can give you a store credit or return your purchase value to the original method of payment - but please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, since we don't keep them.


Warranty & Damaged Items

We offer a guarantee for up to 6 months from purchase date. Items that display manufacturing problems in workmanship or materials within this period can be returned and, after analysis, a store credit will be issued, as mentioned above. Any mishandling, lack of proper care, or "natural wear and tear" do not qualify for the return, so please read our care instructions thoroughly.


Since our products are mostly hand made, not mass produced, therefore constantly changing, we do not work with exchanges. However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards any other item available.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return, once the merchandise returned is received by us.
